I never had to wait in line, I could telll th emploies took thier time to make sure I knew about several products for the issues i was having with flees. I would highly suggest going to this location then any other. Even the manger talked to me personaly, not as a sales man, but as a felllow pet owner!
Pros: best petsmart i have ever been too
