Review content:
Completed the job in a reasonable time. Workers were only a half hour late, and that was understandable because only one of the two had been to my apartment previously. The guys worked extra hard, having to manage a hand truck without a strap to tie down boxes and furniture going down the stairs. Only one item of value turned up missing, and only piece of furniture was broken. And the movers carried that off so I wouldn't have to mess with it!
