I am so happy that Daniel was recommended to me. He listens to what I have to say and is very thoughtful before cutting. I walk out of the shop very happy with my short cut. Better yet, I get compliments! Everyone in the shop is friendly and professional--and having lived in Charlotte for over 20 years, I've experienced a number of salons who forget to simply smile. Bravo Planet 21 at Arlington!
