Businiess name:  Crema Cafe

Review content:
(Side note: this is one of my absolute favorite places in Harvard Square) Because breakfast is the most important meal of the day, of course. I'm not one normally for egg sandwiches, but Crema's just may change my mind. The english muffin, first of all, is homemade, putting those Thomas things to shame. After you're done marveling at how soft and flaky the bread is, you detect the pillowy soft layers of egg and gooey melted cheese. I happen to like a healthy dose of chopped scallion and tomato as well. Mmm. Another plus: the cashier was a good sport about the fact I paid her entirely in nickels and dimes. Crema, you get an A on customer service as well as beating egg mcmuffins into the ground. They also bake in-house a delectable array of baked goods, including saucer-sized chocolate chip cookies with the perfect crisp edge to soft middle ratio. (A steal at a dollar and change.)
