I came across this poor review of Lily I would like to make a rebuttal about their customer service. I heard about their sample sale on the radio so I decided I would go for my wedding gown. Growing up in Saratoga I always would drive by the beautiful wedding store in Franklin Square, never thinking I would actually afford to purchase a dress there. I had already been to David's where I received the worst customer service one could imagine, basically I felt that I was in a meat market. When I showed up to Lily's that Sunday morning, I had expected the dresses to be picked over because it started Saturday, I also expected to be rushed. This was not the experience that I had. I was treated like I was paying full price for the wedding dress, even though they were severely marked down. I had my own consultant making me feel so very special. I ended up with a beautiful gown for my wedding day, a designer gown at a quarter of the price. I would recommend Lilys for any bride getting married!
