Review content:
Dear Reader; It is unfortunate that this ""sister of the bride"" below is distorting the truth about our shop and the work we do here. As one of the owners here, I am personally offended. We put our hearts and souls into this business and our reward is the happiness of our brides. Over the years we have gone out of our way for our customers even when it is not in our best interest to do so. Such is the case here when it would have been easier to reimburse this bride her small deposit than to be harrassed 3X daily for several weeks by her sister who would not ""allow"" us to speak with the bride directly. This email fails to mention that the bride ordered her gown a mere 5 months before her wedding on Feb. 27th. The gown arrived in our shop on July 9th which is just over 4 months. She also failed to mention that we had the designer go out of his way to reproduce this gown after it had already been a discontinued style. We were in communication on a regular basis with the designer because we knew this was a special rush order and that it was coming from overseas. There is also no mention that the gown arrived one month before the wedding and fit the bride beautifully and she was quite happy. The only ""real"" problem here was an extremely rude sister who wanted to exert her need for power in this way. I am only sorry for two things - one, that this unfair bullying that began in our shop has made it's way on-line and two, that we went out of our way for this customer.
