I am not sure where the first two brides are referring to, but it certainly is not Lily Saratoga. I have been to this shop on several occasions and I have experienced nothing but kindness and helpfulness from the employees, especially the owners! I am quite outraged that comments would even be posted like these because these women (the owners) are warmhearted, caring, and affectionate individuals. All employees of Lily Saratoga go above and beyond any brides expectations, which should make any bride convinced to make Lily Saratoga their FIRST and ONLY stop for their dream wedding dress. Not only do they have gorgeous dresses, but the staff is fantastic too! Lily Saratoga is the only place I would shop for a wedding dress because they carry the best.
