Even though I got married over a year ago I stumbled upon these reviews and have to come to the defense of Lily Saratoga because this is where you want to buy your dress locally!!! The service I received there from the minute I walked in to the day I picked up my dress was nothing short of superior! It was by mere coincidence I walked into this beautiful shop one Saturday. My mother had bought both her mother of the groom dresses at Lily and wanted to stop in and take a peek while we were up in Saratoga one day for a dress for my wedding. So I started browsing and immediately fell in love with so many beautiful and unique dresses. I did not have an appointment to try on any dresses, but they were able to squeeze me in for later in the day (this was a Saturday during August so they were very busy). As we were making the appointment I saw some sample pictures of dresses on the counter. There was one that I caught my eye and they said it wasn?t out on the floor yet as it had just come in the day before but they would be more than happy to go get it for me. So they brought it upstairs for me to try on when I came back, and that was the dress I ended up buying! They never pressured me into anything, and actually encouraged me to look around before I made my final decision. Everyone I worked with there was professional, supportive and very passionate about making a bride look her best! You CANNOT go wrong by buying your dress at Lily. I would recommend them to anyone!!!! Please disregard the negative reviews on this site and go see for yourself....I promise you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!! Thank you Lily for everything you did for my special day.
