my boyfriend and i are in slc on a business trip and we found porcupine pub and grill through citysearch. after reading the many good reviews, especially the review on the great hot wings, we decided that it would be worth trying out. my first impression was not great because of the atmosphere- looks like a bar/diner rather than a cozy pub. but the waitress was super friendly and the food was excellent. we tried the hot wings, with the hellfire sauce, and i was in tears. it was the best wings that we have ever had. very hot, beware. we also had the 4cheese pizza, yum. the blue cheese was not that impressive. overall, it was a great find. definitely worth checking this place out if you are in the neighborhood.
Pros: best wings, friendly service, close to snowbird
Cons: so so atmosphere, watery blue cheese
