We have used Park ?N Jet fairly often as we fly in and out of Salt Lake and have usually had a good experience, until this last stay. On November 1 as I drove up to pick up my ticket at the check-in, the attendant was speaking on her cell phone. I don?t know if it was a personal call or a call related to Park ?N Jet, but she didn?t look over or acknowledge that I was waiting there for about 5 minutes. Finally in a very curt way she gave me my ticket and assigned row, telling me that a bus was on its way shortly. I parked and stood by my car waiting to be picked up for well over 15 minutes. We have never had this kind of service or had to wait that long for a pick-up before.
