I have used park n jet about a dozen times with some good and some poor service. My last episode was with a group of 21 I was in charge of. I gave a tip of 20 dollars to the driver for my group. The driver only required 20-minutes to care for us and my group handled all of our own luggage. I certainly thought a 20-dollar tip for 20-minutes of work was sufficient but at the gate I was told for a group of 21 my tip was far too low. I explained that it was a tip for service given and we handled all our own luggage. The lady at the gate again told me I should give another 20 for a group of that size. If I was the driver with a group of 21, work for 20-minutes, handle zero luggage, a 20-dollar tip would be great.
