Review content:
I took my wedding gown into Malibu cleaners to have it pressed and steamed before my wedding day. To start off, they gave me the incorrect address twice, once i finally located it, they gave me a totally different price quote then what was originally stated. On the day of my wedding ( 1 hour before) i went to pick up my dress only to find out that it had NOT been pressed, only steamed. My dress had more wrinkles in it then from when i originally took it in. I had to go out and purchase a steamer and do it myself. (which, i would advise anyone to do before ever taking anything to Malibu) Not only are they horrible and what they do, the woman at the counter was the rudest person i have ever spoken to. She could of cared less about me or my wedding dress. I can not believe they would allow someone as rude as her to work the front counter. DO NOT USE MALIBU CLEANERS, YOUR BETTER OFF DOING IT YOURSELF.
