Review content:
I took my black wool peacoat to Liberto on Prytania. I understand that $20 may be standard when it comes to cleaning wool, but it looked as if it hadn't been touched. In my case, I understand 'cleaning' to mean 'removing all particles from the coat that are not black wool particles.' Had the lighting been a bit better, I would have left the coat there and requested that they try again. The best part was when the cashier gave me a suggestion as to how to remove the particles on the sleeve of the coat. I couldn't understand - if she was so knowledgeable as to how to get the job done - why they didn't take care of it themselves.
