I have been going to Seattle Medical Aesthetics for close to a year now and have had a very positive experience. I think the microderm/chem peel combos are particularly great and the staff is very results oriented and they listen to their clients! They often have great specials and packages that can save you $$. I've also ventured into the relm of eyelash extentions and think they are amazing! The only downside is that keeping them up can get expensive - but if you properly care for them once at home, you'll see they last for 3 weeks to a month before needing a fill. Leanna is great!
Pros: results oriented but don't push you to do things you don't want or need
Cons: like all of these services..it can get expensive, but i think they have some of the best deals around
