Review content:
I had a pond dug in Sept.-Oct. 2007. It has been leaking since the winter thaw this spring. Initially, there was water leaking from the overflow drain pipe. I was told that the water was from moisture from the winter freeze that was entering the overflow drain pipe in unglued connections in the pond bank. I made numerous calls to tell Brad that the water continued to flow, but have been ignored since the spring. My soil is mostly clay, so it should hold water. Water in low spots around the pond lasts for weeks. The pond was approximately 2/3 full this spring, and now is about 1/3 full. I recently called and left a voice mail letting Brad know that the water stopped flowing from the overfow drain, but the water level continues to drop. The pond isn't filling, and I have not been able to get Brad to come out and repair it or even respond to my requests, after months of trying.
