Review content:
The people that run this place should be ashamed of the kind of service and demenor towards a customer. I went there to test drive a pickup that I'd been looking at online for a month, and mind you just to test drive, not necessarily to buy. We drove the 24 miles only to get there and have no one even remotely come out to ask us if we needed any help. And we stood by the truck for a good 20 minutes, you think they would have got off their butts to help us. Anyhow when I went in to ask about taking the truck for a test drive to see if I'd like it, they had me wait for 40 minutes, making me think they were trying to find the keys and plates so I could take it out. Instead they decided they was going to run my credit first, instead of letting me see if I wanted the vehicle or not. The truck was 18,000 and I had 10,000, instead of getting to drive this truck I ended up with a lecture about how I was at the bottom of the ladder trying to jump all the way to the top. Needless to say I never got to drive the truck or even see the inside of it or nothing, instead I got the lecture like I was a 5 year old who done something horrible. Funny part is they had signs up all over the place stating no one turned down, everyone is approved, well I sure wasn't one of those people, we ended up leaving and telling them they false advertise. I ended up coming back home to the local ford dealer and test driving (first) and then buying a truck a year newer with a lot less hassle then I recieved from Woody's. I will never recommend them to a friend or even try to go back to this place for a vehicle, buyer's beware!!!
Pros: The drive there was nice
Cons: Read my comment, plenty of cons!!
