Review content:
We had some of the worst and rudest service I have ever experienced in my life (we live in Manhattan and eat out here all the time). They were 30 minutes late seating us (my wife is pregnant, and they wouldn't even find a chair for her to sit in for 15 minutes). Once we were at the table, it took a long time for a waiter to come over. When he finally did, my brother paused for about 5 seconds while giving his order, and the waiter said, (quoting here) "If you don't give me your order right now, I'll have to leave. We're very busy tonight." It was truly unbelievable. When the food finally came, his food was cold, and the servers almost threw it at us as if they couldn't be bothered.
I complained about the service to the maitre d', who literally shrugged and without answering me started talking to someone else standing there. Clearly they are not concerned about our business. I will never go back.

Cons: Horrible service; mediocre food.
