I called to obtain an estimate for a catalyc Converter, and then made an appt to bring my car in. When I arrived, I told her I was going to obtain repairs on the assistance program, and then she told me she did not have anyone there that day to test the vehicle. I offered to bring it back, and she said she did not know when her technician would be back. Later that day, I had my daughter call to find out if we could bring the car in, and she said she could do it later that day. What a Liar! They charge one price and then another when you come in, they cannot do this on the assistance program, be wary!
