I bought a swimspa pool and hot tub from them in September 2010. Although I was told that both the pool and hot tub would arrive within a few weeks, they only delivered the pool to me in January 2011. During the delivery of the pool, they broke my neighbor's front lawn sprinklers. They assured me and my neighbor that they would fix the sprinklers. They never fixed my neighbor's sprinklers. When they delivered my pool, they told me my hot tub would be delivered within 1 week. They have not deliver my hot tub till today. The pool they delivered was defective. I filled up the pool all the way, and all the water leaked out of the pool by the next day. The pool was under warantee, and I asked them to repair the pool. They have not come over to inspect or repair the pool. I have called them so many times, but they don't pick up my calls nor do they call me back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
