never again! i ended up with short hair and damaged/hardend colored hair. i had natural hair and wanted it colored my ends came out fine but my roots were bleached and my hair started falling out from all the coloring that took over 4 hours! my hair has never fallen out from coloring before or left damaged. since the visit i have had protein treatments, have had to take hair vitamins, etc just to get my hair healthy and soft again! and yes the atmosphere was relaxed and the ladies were very nice but the salon was very unprofessional it felt like an in-house salon. i had hair color drip all over my shirt, all over my face, ears,and neck. they might do other services just fine but DO NOT go here for coloring and a cut, you will regret it
