I thought this place would be great to have my dog washed and dried. My mom had gotten me a gift certificate to Generation Dog so I decided to use it on her birthday. First off it was so expensive to have a large dog groomed there that the gift certificate was needed because I'll do it myself for anything over 50 dollars. After I dropped off my dog who loves people and is highly social I couldn't remember what time she had said Millie (the dog) would be done. I called back and could her Millie screaming, which is the only way to describe it, in the background. I asked what was wrong and she said nothing that Millie just doesnt like having her nails clipped. Although my better judgement said to pick her up right then I waited until time for pick up. When I got my dog she was still wet and miserable looking. After 30 minutes of blow drying at home she was finally done. Not worth the money, or the guilt of leaving her there. I don't even shop there anymore. I much prefer Molly and Max. It's worth the extra drive.

Cons: Dog was wet upon pick up, could hear her crying...
