Affinity Management has placed problem tenants in a property rental next to our home; when trying to find amicable resolution for more than six months with Affinity Mgmnt representatives regarding toxic waste and filth left behind and harrassing and threatening behaviors by tenant and their extended family - Affinity Rep Brian Patrick had told me - he can't help it 'if I don't get along with my neighbors'. Brian Patrick 'passed the buck' and told me to call the police' over a matter which should be addressed by those that 'manage' the property and its tenant placement, not the police. Affinity Management has shown to be irresponsible with tenant placement in that their tenants and their extended family has threatened us and damaged the rental property as well as the neighborhood. Affinity rep, Brian Patrick had authorized me via email to use his name and contact information with whomever I want regarding pursuit of a resolution to this matter beyond his company. I exercise this authorization of same here and now.
