Review content:
First, the delivery man was very nice. We paid about $250 in deliver/setup and 2 of us in the bridal party had to help do the setup because they were short handed. After taking so long to setup, the delivery man rushed off and our chuppah blew over from the wind and they WOULD NOT come pick it up. They told us to deal with it ourselves and just drag it (400+ lbs) out of the wedding scene.We were stuck with no tools to take it apart and the owner claims she was too busy with another customer to help us. Our wedding was delayed and the groom was barely able to get ready from having to deal with this. The chuppah broke from the wind and us not being able to disassemble it, and they would not help. After calling and explaining, they would not refund ANYTHING and even hinted at it being our fault that the chuppah broke!! We wasted a lot of money and it really made our wedding difficult. I certainly don't recommend, especially after talking with them on the phone. Not understanding or helpful whatsoever.
