I stumbled upon this store after getting poor service at another small store that sold Tumi in the mall. I walked in and knew this would be much more of a pleasant adventure. Sue met me in the Tumi section and was so pleasant and nice, and friendly did I say friendly?? She was amazing! I purchased a gym bag there and it's the best present ever. My next trip was for a messenger bag, great prices, great service and Sue remembered my name! What a great feeling to walk into a store and have someone remember your name!
