Review content:
This was the worst and most unprofessional service I have received from any business ever!! The store hours posted are 7 am to 6:30pm. I arrived to pick up my clothes at 7:10 this a.m., but they didn't open their doors until 20 minutes after the posted hours of operation. I decided to give them a call while I waited. When they finally answered my phone call, I asked her if she got my v.m. and she hung up on me. I called right back and said ""hello?"" after which, she hung up on me again. I then called the other branch of katella cleaners in Los Alamitos, and asked to speak with the manager. SAM, the owner, yelled into the phone ""it's 7:30 in the morning Lady!"" and slammed down the phone. When they finally opened their doors, the woman had no idea how many items I had, and tried to send me off with half of my clothes. Also, the woman in line next to me was given some one else's clothes entirely. Please, please please, stay away from this business!! I have never been treated more rudely
