Review content:
I took both my lawn mower (just bought 10 mths before)& edger for service. The lawn mower blade was bend as it went over a tree stump. The edger, I was unable to pull the string. Normal wait time to hear back for estimate is one week and another 2 weeks until you get it back from them. (I took my older lawn mower and same edger last year for maintenance). I was told that with the mower the crank shaft was broken and unrepairable, to replace just that w/b $200.00 I may as well buy a new lawn mower, I wasn't given the option to replace it. They said the edger was ""lock"" and that too is unrepairable. I believed them and was going to trash them, but my son decided to picked them up and get a second opinion, he was charged $45.00. He took them to Express Mowers on Phillips and they were able to service them, no problem. We took Lawn Mower first, got that back on one day, then we decided well might as well take the edger, they fixed that too actually nothing was wrong with either of them other than replacing the blade on the lawn mower and regular maintenance, total charge for both was $104.95. Both now works good.
