Review content:
I called ken about a problem with the heating system and he was able to come out immediately. I am so happy with his attention to detail. Ken was very concerned about doing the best job possible for me, you could tell by his attitude. And he actually ended up charging me less than we initially agreed upon because a part ended up not being broken just needed cleaning. He could have told me that it was broke. I recommend him very highly.
