I will never use another limousine service besides Alexis again. I was trying to save a few bucks and went with a cheaper company - big mistake. The unnamed cheaper co. made me wait for the car to arrive, then when the driver finally showed up< I had to give the driver directions of where I needed to go, which in the end made me late for my. appointment. I am going back to Alexis, my original limo company. I thought all limo services were equal, but I quickly found out that is not the case.
