Review content:
When I was first seeing Dr. Ratner, I thought she was very compassionate and competent. She probably still is, but she often gets behind by an hour or more, and then when she sees me, it's in a rush, and I feel like she's trying to hurry me out of the office. I don't feel as if she listens quite as well as I would like. She's good about explaining things that are not clear, and writes down her orders so I'll remember them. However, she doesn't want to condsider any types of alterntive medicine, such as chiropractic, massage, or accupuncture, and doesn't like her orders to be questioned.
Pros: Friendly office staff
Cons: Always extremely behind
