I dealt with Brian Shirely, the internet sales manager, and had a great experience. I told him what I wanted, what I didn't want, and he respected that 100%. Didn't try to sell me anything more or less than what I wanted. I'd explained I had researched a number of different cars and settled on 1 particular one. I had test driven it at ABC Nissan but didn't buy there because of the pushy salesperson. There was 1 person there that tried to push unwanted items onto the service agreement, but I held firm and he dropped it. No harm in trying, I suppose. He wasn't overly pushy, just trying to do his job. At any rate, I got just what I wanted, just how I wanted it. And a lot of the credit goes to Brian Shirely. Thank you Mr. Shirely!
