Review content:
The review below is absurd. Chinese food is not Thai food and it isn't measured by how hot it tastes. In fact, most Chinese food is not spicy with the exception of Schezuan cuisine. This is truly the best Chinese restaurant in the city. It is so authentic that it has two menus, one for Chinese people and one for the rest of us. Even their mainstream menu makes PF Changs taste like burgers and fries. The food is exquisitely prepared and they offer a huge variety of dishes. If you are from San Fransciso and you miss authentic Hong Kong style Chinese food, this is the place to dine. There is no place in the valley that comes close to offering this style of Chinese food with the exception of the restaurants in the Chinese cultural center.
Pros: Authenticity, Food, Short waits
Cons: Service can be bad, Oily at times
