Review content:
Ordered a bronze plaque for my wife's gravesite in January of 2008. After many calls, many promises, still not delivered. Today (July 13 2009) I have once again been promised delivery by July 24. Ted Miller of TTE left a message saying he will debit my account previous to delivery. I find this unacceptable business practice. I cannot recommend this company.
