Review content:
The ONLY reason I even bothered to give this place 1 star was because of the prices. As far as customer service it really was BAD. I had about 8 bolts of fabric up on the counter and waited 15 minutes while the staff talked among themselves, walked past me and ignored me, took time to pet some dog someone brought into the store. A very heavy set woman (when I asked if she wanted to start cutting) said ""I can't until your finished shopping"". I could of continued my shopping WHILE she was cutting as each measurement was exactly the same (which I did when she finally got busy). I really don't expect to have someone at my elbow holding my bolts of fabric and rushing around for me but NOT ignoring a customer that obviously was waiting for service and just being snotty is not necessary. If you don't have to shop there don't bother.....
