This may be the worst service I have ever received anywhere. I was told that I could pick up the pants I wanted hemmed on Tuesday. I dropped them off on a Saturday afternoon. Tuesday morning, I decide to go to the store before work because I never make it home before 7 which is when the store closes. So, the card the midgety little man at Pepe's said they opened at 9 a.m. I was going to be a little late to work but I really needed the pants for that evening. I got there at 9 a.m. and the store hadn't opened yet. I asked the ladies at the flower shop next door if he was usually there at 9 and they said most of time he didn't show up until 9:30, 10. I sat in my car and waited until 9:30 for him to show up. When he did, he wasn't the least bit apologetic when I told him how he shouldn't put on his buisness card that he open's at 9 if he really doesn't plan on coming in until 9:30 and 10. He fumbled around the store looking for my pants even though I had given him my ticket. I was clearly exasperated and when he finally found them he casually says that he hasn't finished them yet. I asked him how much more he had left and he says that he hadn't even started them yet, cool as can be. I grabbed them out of his hands and stormed out. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.
