My daughter attends Connecticut College and has used this service 3 times (6 trips) traveling to and from the airport in Providence. The people who answer the phone always make me feel comfortable about my girl traveling, and if there's a more reasonable rate (that means cheaper) I haven't found it yet. My only complaint is they don't accept credit cards. We'll continue to use this service. I felt bad seeing that they only have one review, and negative at that, and had to write this considering how well they've treated my wife, daughter, and myself.
