Schat's is the place to be! Not only it is a fully organic full service bakery, but you can order customs baked goods. They've make me a 5"" long twisted egg bread for special occasions, baked to perfection. Their salad with walnuts competes with the Mutt Hut. They make the very best walnut caramel bran muffin and fresh squeezed orange juice that is irresistible for breakfast. You can't go wrong at Schat's.
