Our garage door got jammed and came off the track in the middle of the cycle one evening, with one side falling lower than the other. It wasn't possible to open or close it by hand, so at 10 pm I called ET Garage doors to leave a message for a service call. My call was returned within moments, and by noon the next day they had the door working perfectly, at a normal service call rate and not an inflated ""gotcha"" rate. With ET, you're also dealing with a true local company who's service team is known by first name even by our guard at the gate when I mentioned to allow them access. The last thing he told me? ""If you have any problems, I'll return and fix it at no cost.""
