First and foremost the mobile audio business is a service-oriented business. It doesn't really matter what products they sell or even their prices. What separates the wheat from the chaff is service. And when I receive great service I have to shout about it. I'm hear to shout about ExtremeAudio in Manchester. I called these guys on a whim because I got stuck in a bind and they went out of their way to bail me out. They quoted me a price which they later realized was too low yet they KEPT THEIR WORD and didn't charge me anything additional. The work they did was top notch. Everything looks and, most importantly, sounds fantastic. But the best part about this shop is the owner, Rob. He is knowledgeable, over-the-top friendly and MOST IMPORTANT he puts the customer first! In fact, when they finished my project there were a couple of buttons misprogrammed in the steering wheel controls. They immediately brought my car back in the shop and remedied the problem (with a smile). I understand that mobile audio isn't always an exact science. It's complicated and sometimes things just don't go as planned. What matters is service - dedication to the customer. And that's what I've discovered at ExtremeAudio of Manchester.
