Review content:
Mysterious charges will show up from months ago on your bill and you will have no idea what they are from. If you have one piece of trash that is not in the trash can on your property, they will send people out to pick it up and charge you about $50. They overcharge for utilities and won' show you a copy from xcel energy. They do not cooperate with you. And they take advantage of our naivety. Basically they are the Satan's incarnate. Do not, I repeat.. DO NOT FOR ANY REASON SIGN WITH THEM.. or else you will be sorely disappointed
Pros: nothing. not one damn thing.
Cons: everything. They will charge you for anything they can.
