Our first experience with Nalley Lexus of Roswell began 2 weeks ago. We had been researching reviews of the Lexus RX 350 online for several weeks. Nalley Lexus had several pre owned vehicles and we decided to go check them out. Upon entering the dealership, we were greeted immediately by Michael who asked if he could help us with anything. We told him we wanted to drive one of their vehicles. He explained in detail everything about the vehicle: the way it's built, the details of all the options, etc. He rode with us as we drove it and asked if he could answer any questions. We loved the vehicle and decided to purchase it. Michael was an awesome salesperson. He was not pushy in any way, which is unusual for car dealerships. He even helped program my phone (for hands free use) and set up our address for the navigation system. It was the smoothest purchase we've ever made! The next week, a couple of warning lights had come on. We made an appointment to have the service dept check it. It was very minor--they had to fix the previous owner's wiring mistake which caused the warning lights to come on. The service dept was top notch--fast and accurate. They even washed our car for us! They have a complimentary coffee/snack bar which serves Starbucks coffee. We love this dealership, their top notch service, and their personnel who actually care. We will definitely be taking our car back for future needs and won't hesitate to purchase another vehicle there!
