Review content:
Purchased a dining room set there - or at least I thought I did. Staff seemed friendly and helpful enough. Placed an order and paid for it. Everything seemed fine. Got a phone call 15 minutes after left store, with salesperson saying a mistake had been made. Said they undercharged us $100 and we would be responsible for it upon delivery. Told them we had a signed sales contract and we would not be responsible for any additional costs. Asked if manager could take care of the difference. Was told no since the order had not been placed. Told them they would then lose the sale. They then said they would talk to the manager. Received a call a few minutes later saying they would take care of the difference. My point in all of this is, why the f@#$ did they call me after the sale was done. If they made a mistake, that is their problem, not mine. I didn't even haggle over the price to begin with. Now they are going to call me after the sale and tell me I owe them more money. I don't think so. This was my first time doing business with them and my impression is their dealings are underhanded. I may be wrong, but have you ever completed a sale and then had the company you were doing business with call you and tell you that you owe them more money? I didn't think the mob had a branch in Charleston. Maybe I'm wrong. Buyer beware!
