Review content:
Dr. MacDougall did not read my patient history, did not listen when I told him I was on bloodthinner, and did not read the medicine list that told him I was on bloodthinner. After the procedure, I woke from a nap at home to find red liquid saturating my clothes. He has no answering service or pager to be notified in the evident of a non life-threatening emergency, only an answering machine which no one listens to until the office opens as I received no call until the next morning. My family was frightened. It took 2 1/2 hours to stop the flow red liquid and I had to sleep in a rigid position the rest of the night. I would not trust him ever again. The next day he apologized and gave his cell phone number. Yet he still had the gall to bill my insurance company for the full amount and bill me. I would never recommend him. There are too many other dermatologist to go to that are careful with the people who are seeking their help.
Pros: Building is easy to park
Cons: He is does not read patient history or listen to patient
