We decided to use this company because it is local and we try to do business that way. They sold us a 62"" television that was not propperly installed and has never really worked anyway. We called several times and were told that it was the cable provider not the television. NOT TRUE! we dealt with it. Then, only three months after purchasing, something went wrong with the optical sensor??? and the T.V. was picked up for repair. It has now been over a month, no television. No word from these people. They wanted to charge US for a replacement!!! They were rude, and very uprofessional, much different than before we wrote the check. Toshiba has now taken this into their own hands but it has been a long 30 days, and promisses to be even longer. Do not use these guys, unless you want to pay 3,000 dollars for a headache. Cons: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
