Businiess name:  Peninsula Station Mailbox

Review content:
This business is incredibly unprofessional. I sent two time-sensitive packages through Peninsula Station - one, an important legal document, that was returned to me by the post office two days later b/c the Peninsula Station forgot to put postage on it, and the other a set of drawings that were not packaged correctly (even though I paid extra for this service) b/c two weeks later, when my client still had not received them, I checked UPS tracking and learned that the ""merchandise was missing."" When I called the owner of the PS to inquire, he put me on hold, found a UPS notification letter that he'd received a week and a half earlier and said, ""oh, yeah, here's a notice ...."" The most aggravating thing about this is that he hasn't take any measures to rectify the problem. The drawings I sent were insured, yet a month later he has still not filed a claim to UPS. Instead, he told me he ""might get to it today"" and to check back in a week. I have never complained about any business on City Search, but this place has left such a bad impression on me that I feel the need to alert others so that they do not have to go through the same experience. Cons: bad customer service, bad quality of service
