Review content:
This company is Stan Elliott and his spouse. Do NOT enter into a contract with these people. These bullies expect a one year lease for an amount of money that is likened unto a mortgage payment and they do not kick in any benefit for any utilities (garbage, water, electric, NOTHING) and expect the tenant to maintain the landscaping which clearly requires the work of a professional. There are invasive species throughout the property and roots and foliage growing from underneath the foundation. Also, the crawl space has no door and wild animals have taken up residence underneath the house. The predatory manner in which they force students into a one year lease agreement is unreasonable and interferes with the normal activities of a student's life. Stan and his wife use intimidation to confuse any possible course of conversation. I repeat, do not enter into a contract with these people
