I rented an apartment from this company for three years and have nothing but wonderful things to say. The woman who worked with me to rent the apartment was organized, professional and flexible about my lack of credit. The apartment grounds were always meticulously maintained with thoughful and attractive landscaping. In the course of three years they trimmed our very large oak trees regularly, replaced the roof, updated our heating systems and improved the exterior lighting. These repairs were always completed swiftly and the resulting work was always excellent. Oddly enough my rent was never raised despite these improvements. Any time I had a repair to be done in my apartment they would follow up within less then 12 hours and the repairmen were always polite and efficient. The neighbors at my apartment were also all the nicest, quietest and most well mannered people I have ever met. There were no fights, no parties, no yapping dogs, not even an annoying trumpet player. In three years of living there I never had a single issue with anything. Ever. When I moved out they refunded my entire deposit promptly. I literally do not have a single negative thing to say about my rental experience, it was eerily perfect. I would seriously recommend them to anyone.
