I WOULD RATE THIS A ZERO BUT IT WONT LET ME!! My husband found a bandaid when he took a bite and discovered it in his MOUTH! We found a bandaid IN his sandwhich, I have heard about these types of things happening before and always thought that those people were full of it, but tonight I was helped by Sandwhich Artist at the drive thru window. Drove off and returned home to enjoy our meal and my husband bit right into a BANDAID!! I can not begin to tell you how DISGUSTED WE ARE RIGHT NOW!! I immediately called the store and reported this health code violation and was told by the Team Leader that there was no Manager or Assistant Manager in the store and that I would recieve a callback with the decision as to whether or not we would need to bring in the sandwhiches and determine if we would get a refund! TOMORROW!! IF WE WOULD?!! She also offered to give us a free sandwhich, I have NO intention of eating at this establishment again EVER! I can't even imagine if my husband were to catch some kind of communicable disease what this would do to your business! I will be reporting this to the Deschutes County Health Department as this is very concerning. Aren't your employees supposed to wear gloves when preparing food? Especially if they have an open sore?! Cons: HEALTH CODE VIOLATION!!
