Review content:
Everytime I go into Showcase, I feel like I'm a real valued customer by any of their employees (as I see them do the same for their other customers). They do work on the Fender guitars I've bought from them for free and do it right in front of me then and there so I can learn what they're doing. Their employees don't know everything about their products, but they are very nice and wanting to help everybody who walks in as they still do know quite a bit about what they sell. They have the BEST selection of Fender electrics in the northwest. They do have Gibsons, Gretsches, acoustics, and amps, but there are other music stores around here that have a better selection. But we all need a Fender, and this is the place to buy it.
Pros: BEST Fender selection, helpful staff, good PA equipment, AWESOME repairs,have their own parking lot, it feels the way a music store should
Cons: not a big selection of other brands than Fender and not many amps (compared to other stores)
