Jeff JR. is an exceptional young man, friendly, courteous and helpful. He has followed up the sale and answered questions knowledgeably. In fac, I find the whole dealership that way. When I call in with a question, I am given the answer promptly without hassle and with courtesy. When I was in for service, I was quickly served and questions answered. When I went out the door to go to lunch, someone opened the door for me. I have already recommended the dealership to someone else, but they decided they did not need to trade vehicles, so nothing came of it, but I would be glad to do it again.When I first called in, I was given over to John Hill, one of the managers. Later when I called back, he was willing to take my call and answer my questions before I even came in, offering to buy a tank full of gas as an incentive to make the drive, since I do not live in Gladstone. Of course later the dealership recouped the cost because I had not used much of it before we were back and made a deal, but even so, it was a nice touch. I was asked to rate the ""price"". I have nothing to compare it with so I don't actually know if I got a good deal or not, but we are satisfied with it, and that is sufficient reason for the rating.I am surprised to see that other dealerships have the same rating, but I still say the experience was exceptional: thus,all 5's.
