I'm not certain what some of these reviews are talking about. Possibly they just caught a salesperson on a bad day? I was frankly, intimidated to go in and check them out but I am looking for a new Nikon and want to build a relationship with a camera store here, not online. The sales staff was friendly and courteous to me, even though I am obviously NOT going to spend thousands of dollars and I'm not a professional photographer. I'm still in the research stage of buying my new digital but I'm fairly certain when I decide I will buy it from them.
